An indulgent, rich and decadent chocolate tart with a chocolate digestive base. Made with 70% dark and 35% milk Belgium Callebaut chocolate ganache and salted butter. The perfect harmony of these combined ingredients is what makes this tart extraordinary. Made with or without a liqueur option. Does not contain eggs. Serves at least 16 people. Perfect with a dollop of crème fraîche for contrast. In summer we might venture out and include fresh berries when in season. Your choice to serve either a slither or a slice.
Please note this tart needs to be kept refrigerated and served straight from the fridge.

Contains butter, cream, gluten and Soya lecithin (in the chocolate). Does not contain eggs.

This chocolate tart is sooo amazing ! Rich and chocolaty with a yummy cookie crust. My absolute favorite. Perfect for any occasion. Definitely a winner in my family.
