A South African favorite. Made with salted butter, whole meal flour, pure honey, buttermilk and dark brown sugar for just enough sweetness. Bumper packed with pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, sesame, and flax seeds. Perfect for dunking in milk or your preferred hot cuppa for a quick bite to sustain you. Very filling. A whole batch is just over 3Kg’s gently dried out over two days to remain crisp. Great for breakfast on the go or a quick midmorning snack. Try it crumbled with yoghurt as an alternative to our delicious granola. Will remain fresh for at least a month in an airtight container.
