The grown up sister of carrot cake. Baked as a two layer, semi naked cake. A deliciously moist and spicy cake containing pineapple, fresh carrots, sweet spices and roasted pecans. Iced with a rich silky Philadelphia cream cheese, butter frosting and roasted pecans. One of our most popular cakes and always in high demand. Stays fresh for at least a week. Will comfortably serve at least 16 people. Delivered in a convenient easy to carry custom made cake box.

I ordered the Hummingbird cake for my birthday, such a yummy cake. The cake was delicious, very well prepared and has lots of moisture. It stayed fresh for about 6 days after I picked it up. would highly recommend.
