Our take on a Japanese style vanilla cake. A moist and fluffy crumb with a not too sweet Ermine / lemon icing. Made with butter, not oil.
A real treat for afternoon tea. Will comfortably serve at least 12 people. Stays fresh for at least four days, covered.

I have been ordering cakes and baked goods for many years (I’m not a baker at all), but I have never been this impressed. He is truly a master of his craft, and at incredibly reasonable prices. I can wholeheartedly recommend his bakery, which is located in Eldoraigne!
